Twitter timeline sync for pc

Hello guys,

does anybody know of any Twitter app that will sync the timeline between iOS and my windows laptop? as far as I can tell, no-one has yet adopted the new tweetmarker for any pc version of twitter as yet. I would love to switch from my iPhone version of twitter to my laptop version of twitter, and it remember where I was up to on my timeline.
