I use Superimpose. You have to take X Double wallpapers from this site and remove the center black area.

There's no way to get all that square picture in an X size wallpaper. Do you have a different one that fits better?
I have the gif it was taken from. I used that, but the resolution isn't good.

Portrait style images work a lot better than landscape or square images. Too much has to be cut out.

Quick question. I've never used one of the border wallpapers before. When I save them, I have to resize the wallpaper on the homescreen and align the borders to the device. Is that normal or should the wallpaper already be the correct size? Just wondering if I am doing something wrong.

They should already have the correct size and should match perfectly.

Hmmm, weird. They definitely don’t fit and have to be adjusted. I’m saving them from Tapatalk. Not sure what the issue is.

Reduced motion or instead of still perspective?

You have to turn reduce motion off in order for them to fit perfectly. I had this same problem.
