Syncing question

What setting to change to make iTunes stop syncing my apps across all devices? I downloaded a game on my iPad and it also got downloaded to my iPhone. We have very limited bandwidth(4 guys share 75gig a month) and downloading the same thing twice isn't going to work.

On your i-Devices, go to Settings-iTunes & App Stores and then turn OFF Apps under "Automatic Downloads".
