I went into the Apple Store line at 7 am and there were only two people in line. There were two Apple Store employees and a security guard. They took my reservation and I get to pick up my phone in an hour.

I’m sitting in the mall parking lot (mall opens at 11) and I’m seeing a surge of people heading into the store now, probably those who preordered the second preorders started with 8 am pickups.

This thing is really hard to get an accurate picture of. These look close though. If you’ve seen the blue iPad Air that came out last year it’s that with a little bit more saturation (slightly more blue). These were taken with the main camera in an 11 Pro Max under daylight temp LED spots

And the coffee table under not really much lighting other than daylight filtering through curtains

Arrived! 13 Pro Max in Sierra Blue. The back is blue gray pearl. The sides are highly polished blue.

It just arrived. iPhone 13 pro 256 in gold. To me, it could not be more beautiful, especially because I went through at least a month of agony from incorrect leaks that the gold color had been discontinued.

That gold does look nice. The blue is really odd, but I like it so far. It totally changes color depending on the lighting. Sitting in my office right now with just daylight filtering in at 4pm on the non sunny side of the house, it literally looks like a light to medium light gray but there's still a hint of blue in the silvery looking edge band.

Yes, I noticed a rainbow effect on the blue as I move the phone.
