Has anyone else noticed this? The page doesn't move when you try to scroll on shopping sites (homedepot and Amazon), and then 15 seconds later, jumps to a new spot on the page.
Safari scrolling is very slow at homedepot.com and at Amazon

I searched online and it's suggested to go to Settings > Safari and Clear History and Web Data. I tried it but it didn't help.
My SIL had the same issue, apart from clearing history and web data, I closed all her tabs in safari. She had like 20 open. That helped her lag.
