Restore backup 13.5

I have an iTunes backup of my iPhone X on iOS 13.5
My device is now on 13.6
Can I have that back up restored?

You can restore a backup from a previous version.
Restoring a backup will not "restore" or downgrade or rollback the iOS version.

If I’m not mistaken, your device is on 13.6 and unless you have the ipsw file for 13.5 on your computer you cannot downgrade your phone. Apple is no longer signing 13.5 iOS

Just to agree with Mars20, you can restore a backup from an older version of iOS to a newer version. This will not change the phone to iOS 13.5, but will restore the apps and data and run successfully on 13.6.
