Reset all settings what will I loose

My phone is having problems if o do a reset all settings will I loose my pictures

"Reset All Settings" will not cause you to lose your pics or other data, however, "Reset All Contents and Data" will.

You will have to reset everything, including wake up alarms in the clock app.
Mostly things in Settings like notifications and all.
