Thanks Duvi. He really likes the 4S. However, like you found with the LP case, he did not like the responsiveness of the screen with that case on, so we bought him a Black Defender case instead. He is much happier with that case.

Congrats to your son Rose - i'm sure he'll enjoy the 4S for quite some time !! I've had mine since Nov2011 and still love it

as for the LP, I have one that i purch'd last Feb2012 and at first i really liked it, but after a while of using it, the sound being muffled didn't jive well with me & the whole "air in the screen" thing bugged me - i'd have to press the case in between my hands to push the air out...what a PITA !! So i understand how your son feels about not wanting to use it !!
