problem with itunes and hacked apps

ok, i have searched as good as i could before posting this but i have an iphone3g(2.2.1) hacked with quickpwn. ever since i have done this when i go into itunes and add an app i want and click sync it will not add the app.i get a messaging saying the app xx can not be installed to Tina's iphone because it could not be varified. please help. thanks

Are these legit App Store apps or are these apps you've pirated to work on your iPhone?
