powered my iphone 6 down and now at startup the apple symbol just flashes on and off

had trouble turning it off, and used the settings suggestion on this website to turn it off using the assistive setting.

Now it seems to be cycling through on and off before it has a chance to start. Pushing the power button accomplishes nothing.

hold home and power untill it reboots see if it reboots then and loads
