Picture Frame in Lock Screen problem?

I cannot figure out how to remove the picture icon from the lock screen of my ipad

its only after jailbreaking that this icon appears, none of my settings have changed. I restored my ipad prior to jailbreaking.

anyone else having this problem? if so got a fix?
