Any way to turn off playlist ribbon on iPhone lock screen?

Is anyone aware of a way to turn off this ribbon of playlists from Apple Music on the iOS lock screen? I find this irrationally irritating — I don't even want Music in the lock screen in the first place, this visual clutter is pouring gasoline on my mental fire.

I hate when this happens! I don't know why it does, because I have it turned off in my notifications. When this happens, I do a forced restart and it seems to take care of it.

If you don't know how to do a forced restart, here's how.

Just swipe the Music app up from the task switcher and it will be gone.

Both of those suggestions are just quitting the Music app. I like music, I listen to music. I just don't want those stupid suggestions on my lock screen.

Those suggestions only appear when you’re not listening to music.
When you’re listening to music you simply see the song that’s playing and controls to skip or pause the song.
Therefore the suggestion I gave is a valid one.
