PDF/HTML reader

Hey guys, haven't posted in awhile.
Hopefully someone can help me find a good app to read books I have in a PDF or HTML format. It can be free or any price, I just can't find a good one.

Any recommendations will help!

I did, a friend recommended that to me yesterday and seems to be exactly what I've needed.

I actually saw that app earlier but wasn't sure how the syncing was from the desktop from a few bad reviews I had read about it. But it's solid for me.
