Partially touch not working.

I'm using iPhone x it was working fine yesterday but today having major problem only partial area of iPhone not working. but when I restart my device it starts working fine after few minutes it again gets stopped working. and this is happening every time now.

I recommend you restore your device and then set it up as new or contact Apple Support for a possible remedy.
