Outlook Calendar items do not synch on iPhone 5

Who here is aware of the source code issue between Apples mail client and Microsofts Exchange mail client not playing nice together causing Calendar items not to sycnh on iPhone but they do appear on clients Outlook client in office and via OWA?
Not making for happy executives

Any insight would be greatly apprecated

Since Microsoft Exchange is one of the pre email options to choose from meaning that I have nobody I have heard that they are having issues if you have chosen to set up your email this way. If you have always had this issue with the outlook calendar not syncing to your satisfaction have you considered deleting the email from your iPhone 5 and restarting your phone then set your email back up most of the time that is all it takes. I would say that it is worth a try rather than to go unsatisfied. Even backing up your phone and if you were to lose some email it is well worth going for it.
