Online set up session

Is the online set up session worth doing? I have one scheduled for tomorrow. I have found my way round the watch but it may be nice to know if I've missed anything. Has anyone done one of these sessions, was is good?

This was a really useful session. I consisted of a phone call and video demo. The Apple guide calls you and talks about all the functions and demos them via a video link. You can ask questions and they tailor the session to what you know.
