1. I kind of like the new banner notifications. I know it's not anywhere near the same, nor supposed to be, but it sort of reminds me of the dynamic island.
2. It's fine that you can edit workouts and metrics now on the watch itself rather than having to do so on the Watch app, but I wish the Watch app still supported this. It's not easy to hit some of the tap controls (especially the go back at the top left), and it's I think a lot more time consuming to get workouts and metric screens set up on the watch.
3. It's nice that the running workouts now support intervals, and for the most part they are fine, but I wish they had a sound to let you know when an interval is done rather than just a haptic, because I find that I'm missing the haptic quite often. It's a very weak vibration IMO.
4. Really really like the new Metropolitan face and the color and gradient backgrounds for it and for the Modular watch face. The rest of the new faces - meh. That said, I tried to change the complications on the watch itself for one of my faces and it used to be that you could swipe left (and right) to change from one set of options to the options to set complications, but it wasn't working when I tried. I finally discovered that you have to do the swipe now at the top of the watch display. Why did Apple change this?
