Has anyone else noticed this alarm bug on the notification screen? It literally an infinite scroll of duplicate alarms. It appears if I toggle an alarm off/on, and goes away only with a soft reset.

I have several questions. 1) How did you set the alarms up? 2) When did you originally set the alarms up (which phone/OS)?

Mine happened when i setup as a new device and had to plug in my alarms again.
On the alarm screen it only shows two alarms set, each to go off on weekdays.. But the notification screen showed a ton of them.....

Happened to me too except I just had two notifications of the same alarm. Rebooted & it went away & I haven't seen it again.

To the OP: I'd go with what others are saying- press and hold the home and power buttons together until the screen darkens and the white apple logo appears. And hopefully that should resolve the issue for you. If it doesn't, then I would suggest a Genius appointment at your local Apple store.
I've done that several times, and it works. The problem comes back if I have to disable an alarm during the week. When I turn it back on, the bug comes back.

Weird...I have never seen nor had that issue. Of course, now that I am typing this I probably will tomorrow!
Nope. I've yet to see anything like that or experience any problems with the native alarm app, thankfully.
