Notification bar is stuck halfway down my iPhone 4s, how can I fix this?

Notification bar is stuck halfway down my phone 4s

The notification bar is stuck halfway down my phone, i can't hold the home button and power button to reset it because my power button is jammed. I don't know what to do, i can't turn it off in any way possible. Only thing i can think of is to let it die but that would take hours if its not in use. Please Help.

Pretty sure this question was already asked. Either way, the answer hasn't changed.
