Not able to update apps like pages, numbers

Hi,

I am not able to update the apps like pages and numbers. Whenever I try to update, after entering email and pass, it says this account is not associated with app store. Although I have only one email which is attached to app store and itunes. Any solution?

In regards to your question, have you tried signing out and then back in?
