My wife is a first responder should she get an Apple Watch?

Don't know about the Catalyst case, but the Sport bands that Apple sells are easy to clean. Just get a darker shade so they don't stain as easily.

I am looking to buy an apple watch for my ex-military (20 years), now firefighter husband. He had an expensive tactical watch but lost it. He needs something he can work with on the job, in emergencies. He uses it a lot as a paramedic to count heart rate and he needs it to light up and stay lit when needed. So it would to have access to a face with several faces, much like a tactical watch.. he likes the little 60 second dial, plus the digital clock etc. Do you use yours for these purposes? Do you wear it in a fire under your bunker gear?

Then I would say that the Apple Watch would not be a good choice. At least not for that. (Maybe an Apple Watch for fitness, activity, notifications on one wrist and a good G-Shock type digital watch for work on the other?)
