My iPhone 6s always disconnected from my home wifi, how can I stop this?

my iphone 6s always disconnected from my home wifi

Hey I'm using iphone6s version 9.3.1
Whenever I connect to my home wifi it's always disconnect it self. So I have to scroll down to top and turn off and turn it on my wifi again. But it only happen for my home wifi. Not the other wifi.

Any suggestions?
