My iPad will not play music without wif why

I've been downloading music on the family share thing, but every time I try to play the music while I'm in the car, the iPad tellers me I can't play the music without wifi.

My guess is that you are attempting to stream music from the internet, not play music already downloaded on to your iPad. Open your Music app, tap on Library at the bottom, tap on the Library button in the upper left corner, and select Downloaded Music. If the particular song you're attempting to play isn't listed there then you'll have to stream it off of the internet, hence why your iPad is looking for a wifi connection.
