Recently iMore did a review on the Keychron Q1 and that's the overwhelming choice with it's Mac slider: https://forums.imore.com/threads/ke...ndard-for-custom-mechanical-keyboards.460442/
Secondly, you got the GMMK pro, which has so many color options that it's hard to compete with in the looks department.
Then recently I saw this from Razer, which is the Blackwidow V4 75%, which is hotswappable (a rarity for Razer keyboards), has an aluminum case and has support for screw-in Stabilizers: https://www.razer.com/sg-en/gaming-keyboards/razer-blackwidow-v4-75
Honourable mentions include:
1) Asus Azoth - no aluminum case option bums me but the screen is awesome and I would totally buy because of that.
2) A couple of group buy options like the QK75N or NEO80 exists but for the non-enthusiasts, the in-stock options above are easier to get and in some cases cheaper, if you can find them used or second-hand.
