I have an Iphone 5 and my camera and Safari programs have disappeared from my phone. Is there any way to restore them?

Have you done a hard reset, hold in both buttons until the Apple logo comes up then let go. If that doesn't work then a restore should work. Do you have your iPhone backed up?
