In addition to here and macrumors, I read a lot at modmyi.com, macthemes, and iphonedownloadblog.com. (You can also find a lot of legit stuff on blogs that are more interested in the shady side, even if you're against piracy.) Some places are more about app releases, some about themes, etc. It's good to have a balance.
