I think this was finally pushed out since WWDC showed a little more insight on how iCloud - iWork will be more web based in the future. Also Remember at the Keynote they should in iWork, that one can open a Word doc with out any formatting issues. I do think we would not be seeing this right now if it was not for Apples showing last week.

Now the subscription Microsoft offers, does not effect me, as I use iWork for everything right now... And for free.

Do you think Apple will make certain feature, subscription based?

Will you use Office Mobile now, given that the option is now there?

Apple doesn't need to make iWorks subscription based right now, but it is possible that they may do it eventually. As for using Office Mobile, I won't be anytime soon. Everything I currently have is sufficient for my needs. Anyway, good information, John. Thanks for posting it. :)

I was thinking more along the line of how iCloud storage works.. You pay for more... Would they base iWork off the same feature set?

We will see who plays follow the leader on this one...

In comparison with Evernote, iCloud, etc.... Microsoft has a run for it's money IMO
