MacBook Air with Retina

I was hoping that the MBA was going to get a retina upgrade. The new MacBook won't work well for me but the Air seems perfect if it had retina. What are the chances of retina compatible not to the Air now that the MacBook has been released?

I was all ready to pull the trigger expecting the Air retina announcement.

There's a retina MacBook Pro... we may see more significant Air/Pro upgrades just in time for the holidays...

I actually just picked up the the 13" MBA, upgrade from my old Pro. Screen is nice for me. Was gonna get the Pixel, but decided this was a better option for now. The retina screens are nice, but not really stunning to me. Not on these smaller screen sizes.
