Lost service

So today my son tells me that he lost service and the phone is "searching" for signal. Reset network settings and reset all settings hasn't fixed issue. I switched SIM card to another phone and SIM card is good. Now I'm getting this message after I reset : has anyone encounters this problem?

Got it fixed, had to call support and while connected to iTunes pressed home button and power button. Thanks!!
