Lost Contact Phone Numbers on last Sync

Help! I upgraded the software for itunes yesterday and synced my iphone 4. Now all I have are the contact names, but no phone numbers! I checked my outlook contacts and it is the same.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you ever find a solution? I just had a similar occurrence: lost phone numbers to contacts that had been manually entered into iPhone 4s when syncing with Outlook 2007.
