Looking for a PDF editing app

I currently use form tools but I am looking for a replacement. Here is a YouTube link to what that app does that I need. It's a PDF form that I can add check boxes, dropdown cells, signatures. Universal would be nice but not required.

Any suggestions?? PDFPen doesn't allow this to my knowledge.

PDF Expert from Readdle might be a good choice, it's an iPhone and iPad app, each sold separately though.

I use Genius Scan which of course is in the app store and an awesome app. heck it out.

This app doesn't fit my needs. I tried if before. Ty for the suggestion.

That's good for scanning. I need something that will allow me to add check boxes and drop down menu to a document. Ty for trying I help.
