Logic&GarageBand alternatives for PC?

I know that there are dozens of programs like FL, Pro Tools, Reason for music; but they are really NOT suitable for making Rock/Metal/Blues or any kind of music like that. Of course they are really handy for mastering and creating beats etc. but the program I want is something like Logic or GarageBand in which I can play real instruments in a simple interface.

I'm personally unaware of any PC alternatives to Logic or Garage Band.
