Lock screen issue

I’m on iOS 13 on my iphone 11 pro. I noticed this morning I’d a lot of notifications on my lock screen. I was scrolling through them when i woke up and the screen seems to go blank after 10-15 secs even though I’m touching the screen.
Is this a bug on iOS 13? Hopefully the 13.1 foxes this

I don’t know. I’ve not come across anything like that. I get a good deal of notifications throughout the day and thus far when I check the lock screen, it functions like it did in previous builds.

You’ll only notice if you’ve a long list that may take a while to go through. I’ll keep an eye i this.
