Why was it $30? What company makes it? I mean it looks like its not all TPU the buttons and bottom look like a different kind of material to me. I love it btw although I'm wondering if I should spend that much. How about the front? Is there a decent amount of lip to protect your screen when you lay it down?

The frame is a bumper. Buttons are metal. The back is hard plastic. It is 2 pieces. Put bumper on first then snap onto back. I will post more detailed pics when I get home from work later. I think it is made by Verizon as the packaging just says Verizon.
