I receive 300-400 junds mails every day as I use Outlook on on iphones. Is their an app to manage the junkmail easier than marking each email separately as junk (or delete)?

Is ther a way to set up folders in the email application?

Go to your mail app > click your email and it should show this or something similar. Click on the account and click edit then it should show new mailbox at the bottom -- that's how you creat other "folders" in the ios app. I'll look for the junk mass mail topic.
