iPhone will not update to 4.2.8 (Jailbroken)

I've followed the guides to update my iPhone to 4.2.8 and it gives me the error 1600 every time. I can update to just 4.2.8 that is not jailbroken but I really want my iPhone to be jailbroken. Any suggestions? I'm using snowbreeze on windows 7 64 bit.

Are you running Sn0wbreeze as an administrator and in xp compatibility mode? And if you've used Tiny Umbrella have you unchecked the box under Advanced that directs you to Cydia for SHSH? And you're following all the steps listed in the link below?

Edit: Two more questions/suggestions. 1) If you don't have the newest Sn0wbreeze, download that and try again. 2) Have you tried using iReb or Tiny Umbrella/FixRecovery?
