So I want to try jailbreak but i have a 2 year Apple care on my iPhone 6 so i am wondering if i jailbreak it will it void the warranty? Even if I restore my iPhone ?

A clean restore should remove all jailbreak files from your iPhone should you choose to jailbreak.
