Iphone 5 bumpers

Does anyone use a bumper for their iphone 5? I am considering getting one and looking into most likely getting a metal/aluminum one. Has/Does anyone use them? If so how are they and which do you recommend?

I have an aluminum bumper on order, and just reviewed one here. I'm just not sold on only using a bumper. I like my full cases.
