iPhone 4S not picking up 3G signal (Sprint)

My wife and I both have new 4S's on Sprint. Love the phone, but for some reason my wife's phone is picking up 3G everywhere we go, and my phone will only pick up "o" signal. I've never even gotten EDGE. Is there a way to reset the antenna? I tried toggling airplane mode, resetting, and even restored my phone (for another reason, but didn't fix this problem). Any ideas?

Try resetting all network settings

There may be something wrong with the antenna. Bring it to apple if you have one close by.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Reboot Phone

If that doesn't work take it back

I'd try resetting network settings first, as was already suggested. If you call Sprint, that's the first thing they'll try, anyway.

Wow, thanks for all the quick responses everybody. Resetting network settings didn't work, so I guess I'm going to the Apple store later.

You can also call Sprint and have them do a refresh on their servers.

Your iPhone needs to he reset on all network settings. My HTC Arrive had the same problem. Call Sprint on another phone. They will walk you through the process or I bet the apple store will do it too.
