Ipad mini 7.0.3 Jailbroken, succeeded but is now stucked at the apple' logo

I have my I pad mini, 1st gen, wifi jailbroken with evasion7 and it worked but after playing around with some apps in cydia it went looping.

I had the same on my iPad 2 back in the day and I had to restore it in iTunes by putting the phone into recovery mode first.

On my device, it was similarly unresponsive and although the screen was black, it was in recovery mode.
