No one can help, as of now a JailBreak for 9.2.1 does not exist publicly.

You'll have to wait for 9.3 to see if a jb is released. That should be around March 23-25

They just speculated cause of apple press event being on the 21 they expect the se to be released that same week and it will probably ship with 9.3.
