iOS 7 Video Upload Bug

I've been trying to upload a video from Camera Roll to Youtube, and the Photos app freezes after I select "Publish".

Alternatively, I tried trimming it, and the same thing happened when trying to upload it to both Youtube and Vimeo.

Has anyone else had this problem?


Device: iPhone 4S, 32GB.
iOS 7.0

I don't post videos to YouTube, but I have posted a few to my DropBox and other online storage sites without a problem.
