Seems to work okay on my iPhone 7, I haven’t tried it on my X.

Just make sure you’re not on low power saving mode.

I am not in lower power mode. Siri can’t set a timer manually either. Running PB 10

It’s after the keynote. They release it a few minutes after.

Yes last year was different, but previous years the GM was released before the Keynote. I think they held of last year because of leaked data.

Not necessary unless you want to. I've never reset to factory. Just a reboot might help to kick any kinks out.
