Ios 11 public beta 9 update of 1.97 Gb ??

On iPhone 7 plus my friend got an update size of 1.97 gb for Public beta 9
already running on beta 8
Current version of Ios 11 (15A5341f)
What is the reason behind this big sized update?

In my opinion, updates with 40MB are minor updates/bugs, if you received this big 1.97GB update, must have big changes and almost GM version.

He isn’t already running public beta 8, he’s only running public beta 4 (15A5341f).
That’s why it was such a big update size.

If this is the first beta you installed makes sense it would be so large. Was only about 30ish MB on my iPad pro, but I started with the early betas (which were large files the first install)
