So I checked for update today and nothing. So I’m assuming the official public release will be on Friday the 3rd? Sorry I’m just excited when new updates come out lol. Ps I’m not on the beta tester program. TIA

There is no official way to predict when updates will be released.

All we can do is speculate, but nobody gets wiser by this.

I recommend you to keep an eye on iMore and the update section under Settings.

Yes, it was included from beta 3 onwards, so it will come to the final release.
