Integrate iPhone to Car Radio Display/Sound

I have a 2006 Acura TL which does not come with a car adapter. I'd really, really love to have an integrated thing (technical term ) to hook my iPhone into my car stereo and be able to choose songs/playlists on the dash. I have the nav. kit so there is a big screen for display.

Acura said they don't offer anything. Is there anything aftermarket?

there are a ton of aftermarket stereos that are iPod/iPhone compatible and offer the ability to control the iPod through the stereo display. all you have to do is a quick search.
