Instagram spam?

Hi all

I have very few followed on instagram but recently when I upload a picture people who don't follow me like my picture instantly within Millie seconds of the upload is it only me that thinks this is odd is it spam or a hack or something like that?

If your profile is public and you add hashtags to your pic, it's not spam. It's just people that happen to
be searching any of the hashtags and your pic comes up in the results, Mr. Heisenberg.
