I'm not sure if this happened after I updated to Yosemite, but after the update I noticed a change of my full name for my gmail.com e-mail address. I attached a pic for better understanding what I mean.
I already checked my full name in my gmail account in the "Mail->Preferences->Accounts" and on the web interface, but there was nothing wrong, both times my full name was shown correctly. If I send an email from my gmail account to my iCloud the header shows the correct name as sender.
Has anyone an idea what happened? My guess is that I sometime got spam which replaced my full name. Is it advisable to simply delete it from the list, or should I worry that someone sent spam from my account and contact Google? Anyway, to play safe I changed my password.
