IMessage - copy of message

I want to be able to get a copy of all my daughters iMessage on my phone. Can this be done?

Sure. Get her iPhone, take a screenshot of her iMessage threads and then text or email them to yourself. If she uses an Apple ID for iMessages then you can sign into your own device using her credentials and see her iMessages.
