I plugged my phone into my computer to charge it and now I have unwanted pictures, how can I get rid of them?

i plugged in my phone to my computer to charge it and now i have unwanted pictures

before I knew what I had done picture from my work were transferred to my phone, and it wont let me delete them. these are machines etc. I don't want them but cant get rid of them HELP

You should be able to tap on the picture and it should bring up a tiny trash can.
